1. Agreement
By purchasing or using any product or service from CleanBoosters ("we", "us"), you ("customer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
2. What we sell
We sell one-time-payment digital tools (website plugins) designed for cleaning business websites, including but not limited to chatbots, local SEO tools, AI receptionist tools, social proof widgets, digital gift cards, booking-with-deposit systems, Google Business Profile optimization tools, and ranking dashboards. We also offer optional services: plugin installation, website design improvements, Google Business Profile connection, and website optimization, quoted individually via WhatsApp.
3. Payment
- All products are sold as one-time payments in US Dollars. There are no subscriptions, monthly fees, or renewals for the tools themselves.
- Promotional "activation" prices and free-installation offers are time-limited and may revert to regular prices when the on-page timer ends.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; manual payments (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo) are coordinated via WhatsApp.
4. Delivery and installation
- Digital products are delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment, with a step-by-step installation guide.
- Professional installation on your website is free during activation promotions, or $20 otherwise.
- For installation or optimization services, you may need to provide website access credentials. You authorize us to access your website solely to perform the purchased service.
5. License
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the tool on one (1) website that you own. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or claim the tools as your own work. Additional websites require additional licenses.
6. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day conditional money-back guarantee, described in full at cleanboosters.com/refund-policy. In summary: if the tool does not work on your website after our team installs it and attempts to resolve the issue, we refund 100% of your payment, and the product is then removed from your website.
7. Results disclaimer
Our tools are software, not a promise of income. Testimonials and figures shown on our website reflect individual experiences. Results vary depending on your business, service area, competition, and how the tools are used. We do not guarantee any specific number of clients, calls, bookings, or revenue.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our tools for illegal activities, spam, misleading advertising, or to violate the terms of any third-party platform (Google, Meta, Yelp, etc.). Third-party trademarks shown on our website belong to their respective owners; CleanBoosters is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanBoosters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at cleanboosters.com/terms-of-service with its last-updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
