1. Our 14-day conditional guarantee
Every CleanBoosters tool includes a 14-day conditional money-back guarantee, starting on the delivery date of your product.
2. When you are eligible for a full refund
- The tool does not work on your website after our team has installed it and attempted to resolve the issue.
- You contacted us within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp or SMS (+1 779-902-3360) and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem.
3. The one fair condition
When a refund is processed, you agree to provide website access so our team can remove the tool from your website. The lifetime license is revoked upon refund. This protects both sides: you get 100% of your money back, and the product does not remain in use after the refund.
4. What is not covered
- Change of mind after the tool is delivered and working.
- Issues caused by third-party changes outside our control (e.g., your hosting provider, website platform updates, or edits made by other parties after installation).
- Requests made after the 14-day window.
- Services already fully rendered (e.g., completed website design or optimization work).
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal) or coordinated via WhatsApp for manual payments (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo) within 5–10 business days.
